Gary is doing a fantastic job in arranging bridging finance for us. His communication is excellent, keeping me updated with progress and dealing with issues that come up. He is easy to get in touch and if he is not available, he rings back promptly. He keeps me updated with progress on a regular basis, so if anything is holding things up, whether it is documentation or we are waiting for solicitors, it can be dealt with promptly. We are due to complete next week and he has been instrumental in pulling everything together to make this happen.
